Daniel W. (Danny) Auer is a retired, career federal agent with over 30 years of law enforcement service and over 20 years serving in senior leadership positions – including as Chief-of-Staff in two different federal law enforcement agencies.

In his capacity as Chief of the Leadership Institute for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), an agency within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Danny was responsible for developing and administering leadership training and programs serving 90+ federal, state, local and international partners.
